Ghost Story Again~

Last night, I was with my Form 6 crazy friends in Olivenz Cafe. There were 8 of us (including me) and our conversation started with simple chat included how we were doing, out recent life and what we are going to do in this semester break. The gathering started at 730pm and ended at 1145pm. the topics of our discussion deviated to paranormal encounters and somehow, they were interested to listen to my stories because according to Fox, mine is very scary and gives goosebumps. Well, in this blog, Im going to blog another ghost story, personally told by both my uncle and aunt. I have an aunt, uncle and 2 cousins staying in Gunung Rapat area, near to Sam Poh Tong. They like dogs very much and currently, have 2 dogs as their pet. A few years ago, the folks here were shocked by the news of someone being shot to death in a car. This news was reported in the TV and newspaper. This man who had been shot to death was sitting in his brand new car when a few other guys went towards him and pulled the trigger, shot him for more than 10 times in his car. He died instantly after the hit-man attack. The car was covered with blood and his body remained seated in the driver's seat. He lived in Gunung Rapat area and according to unknown sources, he was loaded and was very cunning. He took others on granted and pushed them to the edge of bankruptcy. In his business, he crossed the line and unleashed the wrath of his rivals...to the point of killing him. Until now, his killers are still free and the force did not probe further when this case faded on his own, a typical situation here. Back to the point where he was shot to death by his rivals, the car was then claimed back by his nephew who stays opposite to my uncle and aunt. According to his nephew, this car was bought by him and his uncle so after his uncle died, he reserved the right to claim it. He had all the blood stains removed and drove the car back home, parked in front of his house (which is opposite to my uncle's) in the middle of the night. The night when he drove the car home for the first time, the uncle's dogs started to howl at the car and this drove other dogs nearby to join in howling. The howling was long and eerie. My aunt was alarmed by the howl and alerted my uncle. My uncle brushed her fear aside by telling her that the female dogs were having period that drove the males crazy. My aunt was not convinced because she knew dogs normally bark and in 'certain' occasion, they howl. According to Chinese belief, animals especially dogs can see the unseen and when they do, they howl at the entities to show their fear and alarm people nearby. My aunt continued to sleep despite the continuous howling and the night was made creepy and eerie after the arrival of that car. The next morning, my aunt went over to her neighbours and she was told that the neighbours felt something was amiss too the moment the car arrived. They heard the howling and the howl continued for hours non-stop (see how afraid the dogs were). They shared the story early in the morning and they told my aunt that the car was the very car the man had died in it. My aunt was of course freaked out but kept to herself. She could actually see the car right out of her door and windows. The following nights, the neighbourhood experienced very weird things. My cousins and my aunt could hear someone was crying in the middle of the night and it was the voice of a man. Coarse and manly sobs could be heard in the street and specifically, from the car's direction. Another neighbour, a woman heard someone sobbed heavily outside her house and decided to take a peek through her window upstairs. What she saw really scared the shit outta her. She saw a man sitting under her tree outside the house and sobbed very heavily. Since the night was late, she could not tell how the man looked like but based on the shape of the black entity, she could tell it was an adult man. Another neighbour, a teenager girl was on the phone in the middle of the night, chatting happily with her friend. Her chat was interrupted abruptly when she suddenly heard a man cried out loud in the middle of the night, breaking the silence. She had goosebumps and quickly hung up and went to bed. Another middle-aged man felt the presence of a man walking in the back alley and heard soft sobs and whispering, when he went to check via his kitchen windows, the alley was dark and no sight of any human. After consecutive of disturbing nights, the neighbours confronted the nephew's mother and the mother herself was worried too. Some neighbours heard a man crying in the day right outside their house and they had to put some amulets and charms to prevent this 'man' from entering their house. The nephew's mother later had the car blessed by Buddhist monks and ever since then, no sobs were heard and no one see the man sitting under the tree anymore. The car is still there and the dogs no longer howl, indicating the previous owner is now in the place where he belongs.
